Peace Corps Vanuatu

I can’t believe its been 7 months since I first submitted my Peace Corps application. Last Monday, I finally received my official invitation to serve as a secondary education English teacher in Vanuatu. I’ll be heading back to the South Pacific on January 23, 2015 and I couldn’t be more excited.

It’s been a crazy experience just to get an invitation. Now I’m working on the seemingly never ending amount of medical, dental, and paper work. It’s getting to be pretty stressful as I’m also starting to think of what I’ll need to bring, things I need to finish, and people I need to see before heading off for 2 years. All of it will be worth it though and even though I can’t wait to get there, I know these 4 months will go by in a blink of an eye.

Ahhh I cannot wait!!!!
